Since we partner with independent boutiques worldwide, your items are shipped directly from the boutique's location. If you order from multiple boutiques, your items will arrive in separate packages and may have different delivery timelines.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that 'Final Sale' items and certain apothecary or intimate goods are non-returnable.
Can I make an offer on an item?
Yes! Many of our boutique partners allow you to 'Make an Offer' on specific items. Simply click the button on the product page, suggest a price, and the boutique will have 24 hours to accept, decline, or counter your offer.

Absolutely. Garmentory only partners with verified, reputable independent boutiques and emerging designers. Every item sold on our platform is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and curated by industry experts.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the boutique's location and your delivery address.
How can I track my order?
Once the boutique ships your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your shipment status by logging into your Garmentory account and visiting the 'Orders' section.
