Returns & Exchanges
At Garmentory, we strive to ensure you love your unique finds, but if a purchase doesn't work out, you can return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale or sourced from international boutiques may have specific regional restrictions.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Garmentory account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.
Ship to the Boutique
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; remember that items are returned directly to the independent boutique that fulfilled your order.
Receive Your Refund
Once the boutique receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
